A retrospective patient record study tyring to determine the difference in incidence and character of surgical site infection after vascular surgery in occlusive and aneurysmal aortoiliac disease
Study objective
Patients who undergo aortoiliac surgery for occlusive disease have higher rates of SSI compared to aneurysmal disease.

All patients undergoing aortoiliac vascular surgery in Amphia Hospital;
All ethnicities;
Male and female;
All ages;
Exclusion criteria
Surgery for acute aneurysms;
Surgery for acute occlusions;
Surgery for infected grafts;
Surgery for aortoduodenal fistula;
