To evaluate the safety and tolerability of FFP104 in PBC subjects following repeat doses of FFP104
The primary efficacy endpoint is treatment success in the therapy for mild to moderate Crohn*s disease with fisultas defined by: - A reduction of at least 50% in the number of draining fistulas at both week 4 and week 8
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravenously administered FFP104 in subjects with active Crohn*s disease following repeat doses of FFP104.
· To determine the efficacy of several doses of Viaskin® Peanut to significantlydesensitize peanut-allergic subjects to peanut after 12 months of EPIT treatment .· To evaluate the safety of a long-term EPIT with Viaskin® Peanut.
